Our Procurement & Logistics team reviews your documents and then visits your premises for a brief in-person check before onboarding you. Once approved, you get an email confirmation.
Once verified, we email you procurement invitations as they open. Submit your quotation online (form + file). You can also post products with indicative prices to your public showcase.

No — invitations are matched by category and Procurement's discretion. Keeping your product showcase up-to-date increases your chances.
You'll receive an email explaining what needs correcting. You can re-upload any document and resubmit for review from your dashboard.
Only Procurement & Logistics + verified staff see your showcase. Vendor pricing is never public.
